Shipping Fibre
You can send fibre via any service available such as mail, truck, courier, bus or deliver it to us personally.
NOTE:
All fibre should be well skirted prior to shipping.
Packaging
The method by which you package your fibre will mainly depend on the carrier you choose. Cardboard boxes, duffel bags or sports bags are all acceptable methods of packing. Do not send your fibre in only a garbage bag. They rip in transit and your fibre may be lost, contaminated, or damaged. All duffel and sports bags will be returned to you.
Sorting for Processing Before shipping you will need to sort your fibre in the manner in which you would like it processed, according to color, grade, etc. Using clear plastic bags works well as a note identifying each batch and any instructions could be placed inside and will be visible without having to open bag. We do not recommend colored garbage bags, however, if no other bags are available to you then coloured bags may be used as a last resort. Tape the information to the outside of the bag. Be sure to test the tape and labels to ensure they will stick firmly to the surface.
Documentation
Along with your shipment, please send a complete list of what your shipment contains and the instructions for each processing batch. We will double check this against the contents of each container as they arrive. A work order will then be generated and a confirmation copy sent to you prior to processing.
